Murali Sreeshankar is a sportsman from India (Long Jump). On Saturday, March 27, 1999, he was born to S. Murali and K.S., his mother Palakkad, Kerala, India’s Bijimol.
S., his father Murali won a Silver medal in the triple jump at the South Asian Games, while his mother, K.S., was a Gold medalist in the same event. Bijimol won a silver medal in the 800 metres at the Asian Junior Athletics Championships in 1992. Sreeparvathy, his younger sister, is also an athlete (Heptathlete).
He began his athletic career by sprinting 50 metres and 100 metres, and he was a state-level U-10 champion in both events. Later, with the help of his father, S. At the age of 13, he moved to long jump at Murali’s suggestion.
