Emraan Hashmi has replaced Diljit Dosanjh in Milan Luthria’s ambitious project, ‘Baadshaho’ and if recent reports are to go by, the reason is Diljit demanding a huge sum as his fee. Reportedly, the ‘Udta Punjab’ star showed interest in the role of an army officer, but at the time of signing the contract he quoted a huge sum as his fee.
Furthermore, Diljit allegedly wants to stick to meaty roles and feels that it’s better to go with solo leads rather than risk being lost among an ensemble cast. In an exclusive chat with The Times of India, Diljit had revealed that he hadn’t earned much money through films. Maybe, it’s his time now to bag some moolah!
